AI Transparency Colossal Capital

Colossal Capital uses AI agents to generate, analyze, and maintain content across its product ecosystem. This page explains how AI-generated content is marked, verified, and disclosed in compliance with emerging AI transparency laws.

AI-Generated Content This site was generated by AI agents. Outputs are marked with machine-readable provenance.

You'll see this badge at the bottom of every Colossal Capital page that was generated or maintained by AI. The badge links back to this page, and when a specific piece of content has a provenance mark, the badge includes a QR code that links to a verifiable provenance record.

How provenance marks work

Every AI-generated output is stamped with a cryptographic provenance mark before it's published. The mark records:

Provenance mark contents

The AI model that generated the content, the provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Together AI, etc.), the ObVect persona that directed the generation (planner, editor, reviewer, etc.), the timestamp, a content hash for integrity verification, and the entity scope.

Stored in the central ObVect API at /api/akashic/ai-transparency/marks/{mark_id}

Each mark has a public verification page and a QR code that can be scanned to confirm the content's AI origin. The verification page shows the full provenance chain — which model, which agent, when, and what content was produced.

Verification

If you encounter content on a Colossal Capital site that claims to be AI-generated but doesn't carry a provenance badge, or if you want to verify a specific piece of content:

Verify a provenance mark

Scan the QR code in the provenance badge, or visit the verification URL directly. Each mark has a unique ID and a public page at akashic.colossalcapital.co/api/akashic/ai-transparency/marks/{id} that shows the full provenance record.

Report unmarked AI content

If you believe AI-generated content is not properly disclosed, contact compliance@colossalcapital.co. We investigate all reports and add retroactive provenance marks where needed.

GDPR and your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to request deletion of personal data embedded in AI-generated content. Provenance marks that contain personal data can be erased through a GDPR right-to-erasure request. Contact privacy@colossalcapital.co to exercise this right.
